Pattaya, Thailand On June 18, 2025, Pol. Lt. Gen. Saksira Phueak-am, Commander of the Tourist Police, led a delegation including Pol. Maj. Gen. Noraset Suwannik, Pol. Col. Songwut Chuepholakit, Pol. Maj. Torlap Tinamat, Pol. Maj. Siriwat Khachamat, officers from Pattaya Tourist Police and Pattaya City Police, along with the British Ambassador and media representatives, to demonstrate the capabilities of the Mobile Tourist Service Vehicle (CCOC Mobile) at Walking Street.

Pol. Lt. Gen. Saksira explained that the CCOC Mobile is part of the Strong Tourism Community initiative, designed to provide services and assistance to tourists in key areas such as Pattayas Walking Street, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. The vehicle enhances tourist safety and convenience, particularly during peak holiday periods.

The CCOC Mobile offers four primary functions:

• Front and rear cameras equipped with AI to identify individuals with outstanding warrants.
• Real-time tracking of distress signals sent via the Thailand Tourist Police (TPB-APP) SOS feature, enabling immediate location-based assistance.
• A digital display for government and tourism-related announcements.
• An onboard service desk to address tourists urgent needs.

The CCOC Mobile operates a 24-hour hotline (1155) supporting eight languages: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, French, German, and Hindi. Tourists can also use the TPB-APP for real-time assistance and information. The vehicle provides travel guidance, emergency support for incidents like illness or accidents, and coordinates with relevant agencies to resolve issues.

Additionally, it collaborates with partner organizations and volunteers to ensure comprehensive care for tourists, reinforcing confidence in Thailands tourism safety measures.
